The process was simple and well thought out. Do your research before interviewing with the company as they like to see you are very interested in them.

It was pretty nice. They paid for my travel to the office. Sat down in a room with four people from the office and they just discussed my resume. No crazy or unexpected questions. Everything was very straightforward and I just told them about myself.
