I applied online to this position in earlier December of 2018. After not hearing anything for weeks, I assumed it was a dead end and started to apply elsewhere. Out of nowhere in the beginning of January, I was asked to complete a recorded video interview. This consisted of basic behavioral and personality questions (What motivates you? Why do you want this job? etc).
One week later I received a request to complete a live video panel interview with four members of the department. This was quite conversational as they really just wanted me to elaborate on points on my resume and really get to know me and my experience.
Another week after that, HR called me and asked to fly me out to KC for an in person interview. This consisted of a panel interview with department leaders as well as a lunch with several younger members of staff. All in all, they were very friendly and sold me on working for Burns & Mac.
The day after I flew home, I was offered the job!
