The second was an in-person interview, interviewed by a panel of three employees. If selected you are notified within the next two weeks.

Describe a situation where you had to make an important decision without having all the information needed to make the decision.
Video recording interview. Couldn't even speak to a real person. Questions were not hard but felt like they did not care since they didn't bother getting a real person to do the interview.

Was a very relaxed interview process, made me feel comfortable and allowed me to present my best self. I had no issues scheduling the interview either, a very smooth process overall.

The first stage is with HR, with standard questions as to why you are interested in the company, field, and your personal interests. Just make sure to do some research into the company and how they align with your interests.
