Initial Video Interview, followed up with a normal panel interview. Video interview is efficient but seems very cold, I am not a fan of this type and would rather have a screening with an actual person.

Fairly smooth, I first did a record yourself answering questions interview, then a pone call with HR, then an in person team interview. Asked a lot about contracting work, not even sure what that means

WebCam interview in which various questions were asked but you had plenty of time to review the question before answering. You also had one chance to "do over" a question if you aren't satisfied with your answer.
