Interview process took about a month to get through, pretty lengthy. 4 interviews total. 1 was with recruiter, 1 with a AVP, 1 with managing director, and last with EVP.

This extended my stay in SF due to their delays. Promised timeframes for updates and feedback were consistently missed, and many communications started with apologies for the delays. Near the end of the process, I discussed potential start dates with a recruiter, which was misleading. After two weeks of no updates, I reached out and learned that I was not selected. I asked for feedback on the decision but did not receive a response. The overall experience involved considerable time, effort, and financial expense over six weeks.
