The interview process will be as follows: First, I will give a self-introduction, and then I will present my projects using my portfolio. During the presentation, the interviewer(s) might ask questions about specific details. After the portfolio review, they will likely ask why I am interested in their company and the reasons for leaving my previous position

Because it is in China, they do their interviews via Skype (if you are not in Beijing) and give you an offer the next day and want you to start asap. They hire people from all over the world mostly Europe USA and South America.
