Burwell Industries interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter for a position at Burwell Industries. I had worked with the brand intimately in a former role and knew all of their people and products very well. When it came down to negotiations, the salary being offered for the role was less than 1/4 what my experience is worth and less than 1/2 of what would be actually livable in Denver. I was totally shocked.
