Online interview was simple, then training included visits to the center to shadow sessions. Supportive staff through introduction to what is a difficult job at the end of the day.
It’s all zoom from your home. They’ll ask your experience with children and the second call will be basically you’re hired and the salary. Be excited and enthusiastic about working with kiddos

Not bad, all over the phone. Once I finished the initial interview, another phone interview (with my potential supervisor) was conducted, and then I was passed on to my recruitment specialist.
