Initial phone interview, 2 take home task, and another round of interview after that, everything is relaxed and everyone is nice and friendly to you, there are explanation of the role and many questions involved. I did not got through this interview

Interview
It was lengthy and timely process. A lot of waiting to hear back, and a lot of work to prepare. The interview task was substantial and took a lot of my persona time. The feedback at the end wasn't clear and it felt like they only gave feedback because 'they wanted to try and stand out as a good company' but their heart wasn't in it.
