Interview
Hiring process went quickly with many applicants. HR/Recruiting was very forth giving with information about the company. The hiring panel were friendly and upfront about expectations. Second and third interviews were scheduled within a week. Offer was given the following week.

Interview
Submitted my resume online within a few days, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview was okay. About 5 days later, I had an on-site interview. It was a little weird because they didn't really have an agenda of what the interview was. The people who asked me questions weren't sure of what questions to ask and stuff.
What bothered me is that the hiring manager really liked me and everything went well. He told me he would follow up within a few days. Weeks go by without any follow up, but I still see the job posting all over the place. It just seems to me that they are posting for the job without actually wanting to hire people, which is just rude. I interviewed in October. Its February and they still have the job position open.
