The interview process was relatively easy consisting of an application through a website beforehand and back and forth communication between recruiter and the agency and actual company basic maths test and numeracy test

Without competition, the worst recruitment experience to date. 2 months to hear back from application, I can empathise. Nearly 20 minute phone call with internal recruitment, nearly 1 hour interview with hiring manager and 15 minutes on an assessment following interview. The result = ghosted, despite following up on feedback. To take a candidate interviewing a senior finance management role through application and 3 stages, to receiving nothing more than apathy is beyond disrespectful and shameful.
