The interviewer is unfriendly and did not turn on video during interview. Asked a few project experience and programming patterns etc and ask why you are interested in joining blockchain company.

Interview
no coding test, just discuss your project in detail. If interviewer think your project is not complicated, you will be fail. But the process is very fast, it's better than other companies.
In mandarin, they don't know english!
self introduction, explain in details your working experiences, follow-up questions of those working experiences, judge the decisions made in your past working experiences, more questions related to your current company
