Byredo interview questions

I interviewed for the Assistant Store Manager position with Byredo at their Soho store. The interview itself wasn’t bad, but what happened afterward was extremely concerning.Without my permission, the manager who interviewed me contacted my current employer ( went to my brand’s location) and disclosed to my manager that I had been in the interview process. At no point was this discussed or authorized, and I had every expectation that my job search would remain confidential — as is standard professional practice.This disclosure created tension at my current workplace and placed me in a very uncomfortable position. For any candidate considering interviewing here, I strongly encourage you to ask explicitly about their confidentiality policy before proceeding. If you want your candidate to be a gossiped about go ahead!

Straightforward and uncomplicated, I applied online and there was first an interview with the counter manager, then a second interview with the area manager. I then got a phone call to offer me the job.
