Very easy. One on one with VP, different directors, lunch with hiring manager, and then meet with head of HR. Every one had one hour with you. It was a little long and boring but it was okay. Every was polite and nice.

Interview
A series of one-on-one interviews including future colleagues, future boss and company CEO. All took the process seriously and asked good questions. Focus was around fit more than technical skill level.
