In person interview with Collections Manager. Conversational interview, nothing to difficult. After that, they offered me a position and wanted a response ASAP. I was still waiting to hear back on another job I had more interest in, so I told them "no thank you" because I would rather wait for the other position. They asked me to interview with their Director of Finance (via video call) and gave me the opportunity to ask more questions. I assume they were hoping to get me more interested in the position. I told them I was more interested in a position with another company, which I assume they did not like hearing.
