Pretty standard interview. Initial interview was with recruiter on my college campus. The next interview was in the office with 2 managers. Lasted about 45 minutes. Pretty standard interview questions

"Describe a time when you faced adversity?"
"Describe a time when you had to break negative news to an individual or team?"
"What personality traits do you possess that you think will benefit you for this job?"
Smooth, straight forward process. It was divided into 3 different steps. Phone call, interview with recruiter and then interview with manager. Great role and gained valuable expiernce. The interviews were to the point.

First interview was over the phone with the CH Robinson recruiter. Second was in person at the office with two of the managers. Received an offer after the second interview.

What do you think enables you to succeed in a sales role.
Questions and Answers, reviewed the resume, went on the floor and watched a few people do the job. Asked them questions and took a tour of the building. Took about 2 hours.
