I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
I applied online and within a couple of days received an email regarding my application. They said I was qualified and a phone interview would be next. She asked all of the expected questions (skills & weaknesses, most recent job and my duties, what I have to offer, etc.). I was told that I would be hearing back from the branch in my town, but never did. I contacted her directly about it and she apologized for the delay. In the end, I didn't make the cut. But it was another interview I can count for experience!

Recall a time where you had to chastise an employee. Explain the situation
recruiter phone screen → 1–3 interviews (behavioral, sometimes case/technical) → final panel or hiring manager interview; may include assessments or presentations. there was an in person meeting at the end at the office
Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
