Interview
Had a phone conversation and preliminary interview with recruiter. She liked my communication skills and recommended me for a field interview. Was asked to take about 3 personality test before continuing. I interviewed with the General Manager for the region, and my direct manager. Very insightful questions regarding my personal business experiences and my personal motivations. They wanted to see how teachable I was and how easily I could learn very technical information.

recruiter phone screen → 1–3 interviews (behavioral, sometimes case/technical) → final panel or hiring manager interview; may include assessments or presentations. there was an in person meeting at the end at the office
Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
