Interview
The initial process was absolutely pointless, the hiring guy from HR will pass anyone on to the next step, he gets a commission. The interview with the Maintenance Supervisor includes a sit in with a Lead Tech, it's a very easy interview if you know the trade or have a certain trade you're a veteran in.
