What would you say makes you a good fit for our company?
It was a weird AI interview. I don’t find this effective at all. They asked irrelevant questions because it was not a human. It was difficult to get through. I wouldn’t do it again.

They continued to ask me about direct sales experience despite me saying I only had cross selling experience.
