Interview
Simple. Was asked about previous teaching experience and education. Must have a college degree and be willing to take high school level standardized tests and score in top percentile.
I had an interview with the regional manager and it was pretty standard, they just asked about my education and past work experiences. I did have to wait a while past my scheduled interview time.
