They were desperate. Interviewer was clueless about how to conduct an interview, so I directed the conversation toward my strengths. This gave me a bad impression from the start, as the competency of the leadership was already in question. It didn't seem to matter what I answered - I scored well on the test and had tutoring experience, so I was going to be hired.

Initial Screening on the phone, taking the SAT and receiving a satisfactory score (Usually top 1 percentile), and final interview with the center director regarding past teaching and work experience.

Interview
First, they have an online assessment for a particular field in which you are interested in teaching. If you are to pass that, you would move onto the second part, an in-person behavioral interview.
