Awful interview experience, is this a joke?
They called me 8 minutes late. Also I refuse to jump through hoops and go through so many steps in the interview process. I choose to not move forward:
*Initial phone call.
*Interview with hiring manager.
*Panel interview.
*Case Study due in 48 hours.
*Excel test.
All that to POSSIBLY get an offer. For a $70k job. Absolutely not! It's 2025, get a grip.
Efficient and quick to navigate. I felt like I understood each step of the process. Overall, I was content with the people that interviewed me and the feedback provided with each level of the process.
