Submitted my resume, interviewed via Montage where they asked about 5 questions, and I video recorded my responses. One final interview after they review your video responses. Given 2 minutes to answer each question, and had time to prepare before recording your responses.

What qualities do you possess that are positive, and what are some you could improve on?
Very seamless transition into the workforce. No technical skills required for the interview. I really enjoyed the process and the interviewers made it really easy to talk to them and we’re very thoughtful in their responses to questions.

I received an email after my career fair. i went through 4 phone interviews with different managers and finally with the vice president. it's great company with an even greater work environment. I never thought i could look forward to going to work everyday but i did!!!

Overall Experience:
They were pretty chill and nice people. They weren't intimidating at all. Oddly enough they didn't ask me any behavioural questions, only technical questions.
