Aptitude test, followed by 2 interviews. The recruiters called me up, based on my profile on Naukri.com. It was a screening test first, a mix of aptitude and technical knowledge. The first interview was more technical and the following interview was a mix of behavioral and technical.

What is the one thing that you are looking for in this job?
I applied online and was contacted for a phone screening with a recruiter. The first interview was a video call with the hiring manager, where we discussed my experience and skills. After that, I had a second-round interview with a panel, including a technical assessment. The final step was a culture-fit interview with senior leadership. The process took about three weeks, and everyone was professional and friendly.
