Interview
Its been 2 weeks since I got interviewed at CA. I had a good experience with the interviewer as he made it more like a technical discussion rather then a formal interview. He was looking experienced and technically sound. I was informed about the results that I have cleared the first round and they asked me to wait for another round. That will be final technical round and further 1 manager discussion will happen. I informed them that I'll be going out of station so I wont be able to stay beyond some certain time. Then they said its fine and we'll call you again on monday to continue with the process. Since then I am waiting for the call. I also emailed them couple of times but have got absolutely no response. I was kind of excited about CA but this kind of behaviour has kind of got everything down about this company.

Questions were more into core java, multithreading etc.
Screening/Interview was rather unorganized, but after the initial discussion it took some direction.
Despite the weird format at the beginning, the interviewer was professional and senior, so we had interesting technical discussion

4 rounds of interview = 3 technical interview and one managerial interview with VP

Had two people in a coupe of rounds. It was in person
A phone interview with HR and for the on site 3 separate interviews; one with the managers and two other interviews for the technical questions. During the interview, some people on the panel were very rude and their behavior was completely unethical in a way I wanted to leave the interview!! Sometimes the interview itself reveals the company culture easily and I was lucky enough to notice that before it was too late.
