I interviewed at CA Technologies (Long Island City, NY)
Interview
Fair, thorough, comfortable, informative. Gave a transparent overview of the company. Asked questions and waited for complete answers. Easy to get to and park, heavily congested area, but the company was moving to a less congested area so that was good.
2 rounds of interviews, one with recruiter and one with the manager. Recruiter interview was done over the phone and the manager interview was done in person. Overall, it was an easy interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CA Technologies (Morges)
Interview
Applied to the position through LinkedIn. I had two telephone interviews, one online video conference meeting and two face-to-face interviews. All that for an entry-level position.
In the end, I did not get that job, which is probably better for me. According to the feedback, I was rejected because of my French (btw, I have French Certificate level B2). It was very surprising because according to the job description French knowledge was not the main requirement, it was considered as a plus. Nevertheless, the 5th and last interview was in French (the others were in English).
It seems there is a lack of communication inside of the company, they do not really know who they need and if they need anybody at all. It is a pity that they decide to have a right to waste people's time before making up their mind.
Another shocking thing is that after the 5 interviews HR people or how they call it Talent Acquisition team did not bother themselves to give me any feedback during a month. Frankly speaking, I am not sure I would have heard from them if I had not insisted.
I have to admit that at the beginning/middle of the process CA Technologies came across as a company that respects and cares about people that is why its attitude at the end was extremely disappointing for me.
