Pleasant, introductory and quick Indeed interview with questions focusing on education and customer service experience. The interviewee was understanding and clear on expectations from the job outcomes. Most questions focused on past customer service experiences and the education qualifications of the candidate.

Can you tell us about a positive customer service experience?
Standard interview with manager and behavioral questions. Asked a lot of "what would you do if you were in a situation where.....". The HR manager did not really participate in the interview.
