The interviewee was understanding and clear on expectations from the job outcomes. Most questions focused on past customer service experiences and the education qualifications of the candidate.

Standard interview with manager and behavioral questions. Asked a lot of "what would you do if you were in a situation where.....". The HR manager did not really participate in the interview.
