CAE Salesforce Developer interview questions

SLOW. ODD PROCESS. WASTE OF ENERGY AND TIME. Applied for the salesforce developer. It took forever to reach to the final round. After successfully finishing the final round HL came to me asking about the salary range, which we have communicated on THE VERY FIRST CALL. HL should make decision if he/she wants to go ahead conducting the interviews based on the candidate's sal expectation! HL says "we always do a salary evaluation once the interview process is completed". If the candidate isn't in your range, he/she wouldn't spend time to go through all 3 rounds of interviews! And it's also a waste of time for the management! Very inefficient process. What company in the world says how much the company could offer only after all the rounds! They know how much I'm expecting and they offered veryyyyyyyyyyy drastic difference.
