Applied directly. The Interviewer was late to the interview, it was only scheduled to be one hour and was rushed. Oddly I was only interviewed by him. I eventually heard back and didn’t get the offer which is fine. But I was told someone else was offered the position, despite seeing it advertised again. I’ve asked for feedback as my experience was directly related and if I did something wrong, I’d like to know and learn- I’ve chased a few times and 2 months later still no joy. It’s their South Wales facility. Perhaps it’s part of teething during their initial growth, but I’m not impressed and the role is now a temporary role, which introduces uncertainty into the long term future of the factory so consider carefully.
