My interview experience was definitely unique in that there were lots of scheduling conflicts so it took about two months from initial interview to receive an offer. There were 3 separate interviews, 1st with HR, 2nd is a technical interview with a technical lead, 3rd with leadership at the company. Honestly I thought the process was very clear and the communication was great.
