Fairly straightforward, met with the CEO and he got to know candidates on a personal level, where they see themselves growing, and gave a background about the company. More conversational than Q&A so the interview was comfortable
The interview was 30 min. It was very chill. I just talked to the manager and they asked me the typical interview questions, what my strengths, weaknesses are etc. Then they explained what my role at the company would actually be.
I applied online. I interviewed at CAITLYN MINIMALIST
Interview
I felt that my interview with Michael Holcombe was unprofessional. First off, he was interviewing me on his phone outside at a mall. Second, he made faces to some of the answers I gave. And third, he straight up asked how many clients I do photoshoots with which is, in hindsight, none of his business and shouldn’t be asking that. Frankly I felt disrespected. The company and interview reviews speak to what kind of workplace this is. Avoid!
