It was really easy. Over the phone. Manager described the unit, pt population, turnovers, even gave tips on where to go to hangout. Manager also talked about the different units and how overflow works

I had a phone interview with HR and they asked me very basic interview questions. It was probably the easiest interview I have ever had.The interview was very laid back and was not strict at all.
