CARIS (Canada) interview questions

Typical interview, met with QA Coordinator and the HR Manager. They asked the typical questions and I was asked to take a skills test to see how I would approach testing. Overall the interview went very well. If they like you then you meet with the CEO who usually does all of the final interviews himself.

Contacted by phone for the interview, scheduled within the week. Panel interview of 2 (future supervisor and a human resources representative), with 5-6 questions focused on what my experience was, why should we hire you. Seemed very professional. Some positions go on to meet/interview with the owner of the company, although mine at the time did not.
