An in-person interview with the Executive Director. Very straightforward questions - why I was interested in the organization, what my past experience was, why I would fit the role's qualifications. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Comprehensive panel interview. Two people interviewed me and included real life scenarios. It was thorough and gave a good idea of what to expect. I also was made to listen to a real life crisis phone call.
