Interview: w/ 9 applicants
1. Introduce yourself in mandarin to your partner
2. Present your partner to everyone in English
3. MC logical test and writing exam ~ 1 hr
4. Use 30 minutes to prepare for a topic with your team and present it/ Q&A
Overall it took around 3-4 hours

The interview is an usual one. They asked about your view on the development of local and the market in the mainland as well as your view on the current market.

Applied through programme, cv and basic information, 2 interviewers and very casual and easy going interview. Questions about the job, and experience you put on cv in general. They did not just ask you loads of questions but they tried to explain to me the nature of the intern and the type of experience I was going to attain. They sell the job to the candidate as well.
