Applied on university job board. First round phone interview. Mostly behavioral questions and some introduction. The interviewer speaks fast and lacks emotions. The interview only takes 15 minutes or less, got the rejection email after one week.

1st Round: HR Screening - basic behavior questions
2nd Round: Manager Screening - basic behavior questions, some technical questions about vcs, pe firms
3rd Round: Team Screening - basic behavior questions to see if a good fit with the team, then a 2 hr technical exam

Interview
I applied online and received an email arranging a phone interview a few days later. The interviewer was friendly and relatively responsive via email. The initial part of the process went quickly, but was slower between interview and response.

The interview revolved mainly around my background and experience, what I would change about my job at the time, and general behavioral questions.

Interview
The interview included a phone call with HR, a phone interview with the department head, an in-person interview, and another phone call or two, so it was relatively extensive. But everyone i spoke and met with were extremely pleasant along the way. There was no exam type assessment, only an assessment of the type of work I would be doing here.
