My entire interview process with CB Insights has been the most professional and positive experience. They are big with employee referrals, so I applied through a friend and received an email shortly after for a phone screen. I spoke with the Director of HR who was thoughtful with her questions and kind. From there, I was told to complete an assignment and send it back within 48 hours. After doing so, I found out I had passed and was asked to come in for an in person interview. During my interview, I met with a few potential team members who all asked a variety of questions. Lastly, I was given one last on site assessment. After this, I was told I'd be having a call with the COO and co-founder. The entire process is a little long, but I think that's necessary to find the best fit. It also moved pretty quickly and I appreciated how they formatted each step more or less and kept me in the loop. CB Insights has a professional and communicative team behind them.
