I applied online. I interviewed at CBC/Radio-Canada (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2025
Interview
Had three rounds of interview. First was the HR screening which lasted about 20 minutes, after a couple weeks I had a round of interview with the hiring manager and two ux researchers (lasted an hour with mostly behavioural questions), then about a month later I had the panel with hiring manger and product manger, and director (also 1 round with more behavioural and client facing questions)
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CBC/Radio-Canada (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was seamless, methodological and quite frankly a rewarding experience overall. Mine began with a screening call and was followed by another call to schedule a final virtual interview. The final interview was conducted by a panel of who took turns asking questions.
