I applied for Job. I was called for an interview. The interview was about 40 minutes. The interviewer asked about my work experience in the community. What I like best about the job and about outcome scales commonly used among the elderly population.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CBI Health (Belleville, ON) in Sept 2017

Questions mostly on availability and skills. I was asked about strengths and weaknesses. Not many hard questions and no clinical questions. Process involved one in person interview at the time.
