CBM International interview questions

It had just one panel conversation followed by reference check. Overll the experience was good. They put efforts to understand what you are good at. They have a strong documentation process.

There were some steps in recruitment process which were written test, FGD, user interview, director interview, and reference check. Total of the process was about two weeks. For written test, mostly about the task which the position offer need to do. It was quite challenging. I tough i can't make it, but at the end, i got lucky to get the offer
