Interview
I had a short interview process that started with submitting my application online. I was then contacted for an interview where I was asked about my communication skills, organisation, ability to multitask, and how I would handle confidential information. The interviewer was professional and friendly, and the process felt comfortable overall. I was also asked situational questions to test problem-solving and customer service abilities.

I went to a group interview with the recruiter, did assessments including typing, English and Numeracy, and then did final interview with the OM. After that I also did a Speech test.
