      I interviewed at CDP

      Interview

      The process was overall quite structured and clear throughout. At the end, their salary offer was quite low and hence, I did not proceed for this reason. Was clear from the start but they proceeded and offered me low anyways which was a bit frustrating but understandable. They seem to take quite a structured approach to their People function overall.
