Went in for an in-person interview with Josh and was asked about basic food handling and safety. Interviewed on proper communication with customers. Asked how to setup a sales pitch for demo.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
