Straightforward interview, simple interview questions nothing a google search cant help you with. College referral, went straight to panel interview, read straight off a paper with simple personality questions. Just be confident in your answers and you'll get the job.

Made you feel comfortable not so formal. Straight to the point. Gave a tour of the building. Interview was quick and easy with the GM of the warehouse. It was also om time to start.

Interview
I was scouted through my LinkedIn account and schedule phone interview with the HR as a screening. I had a second interview with the Assistant General Manager for the position which went very well but they only thing was that it will be available in the next two months . HR rep called me about two month later if I was interested, and I was and presented an offer letter; it was 8% higher that what my highest ask was.

Got an interview date and time pretty quick, the whole process wasn’t too long. The interview itself wasn’t long either. Response was a lot worse it took them two weeks to get back to me.
