Same as any other interview, talked about responsibilities with previous jobs, they asked why I would be good at this role. What skills I could bring to the team, what hours I can work, just basic interviewing questions
Informal questions about work history and skills. There are some scenarios that anyone in customer service can answer. You will be asked about your computer skills. It will involve your potential manager and the station manager.

online through Indeed with resume and motivational letter, invited to interview by two persons - team lead and HR person, 2nd interview with manager and HR person. interviews were conduced in person and not online.
Was interviewed by 2 managers at the same time. Easy going interview, asked basic questions like what are your experiences, why should we hire you. Took a tour of the facility then was told I would hear back within a few days after considering all applicants.
