They have you take a short written test on finding what is wrong with a floorplan. They give you a verbal interview, and then a short test on the computer which is more of a modeling exam which is not very hard.

Interviewed with two people from upper managment. Then met with three drafters. Standard interview questions were asked. Waited about a week between submitting my resume and when I received the interview. Waited another week before I received an offer.
