First round with direct hiring manager. Short, not a lot of culture convo, hard skills convo.
Second round large panel interview, no structure, overlapping and unclear questions.
After multiple rounds, was sent an auto-rejection and no feedback or even short personalized email.

Interview
I never write reviews but this experience was so bizarre. They "scheduled" an interview with me by sending me a calendar invitation without even asking for my availabilty..when I replied that I couldn't make said time and offered multiple options to reschedule, they sent me another calendar invitation for a day I hadn't offered and didn't have available. At that point I felt it was a red flag and moved on, only to get the obligatory thanks for taking the time to meet with us but we went in a different direction email... truly bizarre.
