CHG Healthcare Account Manager interview questions

I was initially excited when CHG reached out for an interview. I was really looking to take my career to the next level and move into account management. Idelim was my recruiter and she seemed to have a great personality. I went through 4 interviews including the pre screening and was excited to be in the final round of interviews only to be ghosted. 4 interviews, time off of work, arrangements with my sitter to ensure my children were away during the interviews, all to be ghosted. I followed up 3 times with no response. A simply call or rejection email would have been great. Especially from a company that claims to have a great work culture. I can’t imagine that after how unorganized the interview process was, nor did I see any diversity or inclusion. I am overall really disappointed.

This is only for the interview process and not for the company. I had high expectations for this phone interview as I know CHG is a great company. I felt this interview was VERY unprofessional. First, she was 10 minutes late calling. I kept having to repeat myself (she wasn’t listening) and she hardly gave me any time to say anything or ask questions. It made me feel like she didn’t care. She also asked my salary in my role before. I worked for a company in NYC and of course I wasn’t expecting the same salary in Utah.
