      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CHG Healthcare (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Apr 2023

      Interview

      The initial phone screening went great! The zoom call towards the end, not so great. Not so great when I made a comment about salary but I reassure the recruiter I will make it work. The reason why I even made that comment was because a higher amount was offered during the phone screening. The comment I made was "is that amount open to be discussed?” Many of the questions asked by the recruiter were very repetitive. They were asked or discussed prior but asked again because the recruiter used an interview guideline. That makes the company incompetent and disorganized. It would have been great if the recruiter could summarize what they already know and ask a follow up question instead. What bothered me the most is at first the recruiter said it would be a week before I hear any news since the hiring manager needs time to review who they want to move forward with to the next round. But towards the end the recruiter said I will have an answer at the end of the week being that Friday was the next day. Looks like the recruiter made the decision to not advise the hiring manager about my candidacy.
